Description of the problem	2007 hd flhx purchased in sept 07. This bike has had the rocks in the can sound coming from transmission,primary or engine since new. It has completely died at highway speeds twice and had to drift off road,turn ignition switch off,then back on to restart. After 8 months of this with no satisfaction from dealer,area rep, hd customer service,their engineers even after mine and several other owners with same complaint have been tried by them to be fixed,id like an answer,a fix,or replacement of this defective unit. My case number by them was 446-568 during their testing in january of this year. I have never been given any documentation of the testing they have done. No paper trail for this complaint. All of these complaints by myself and others have gone no where yet secretly attempted to be addressed. The moco will no longer speak with me. Replacing transmission fluid to gear oil 85/140wt is not what owners manual recommends.
